[EN] Registration Procedure for the Common Training Test (CTT)
Participation in the Common Training Test (CTT) requires completion of the following three-step registration process:
Step 1 – Individual Pre-Registration
Candidates must complete the online pre-registration form available at:
https://forms.gle/QmWjLmdU1gjncsbYA
All required information must be provided accurately and in full. Submission of the form does not constitute final admission to the CTT.
Step 2 – Confirmation by the National Awarding Body
The national organisation listed in Annex I to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/907 that awarded the candidate’s professional qualification must confirm the candidate’s eligibility to participate in the CTT.
Confirmation must be submitted exclusively by the awarding body using the official Excel template available at:
https://www.sitn.pl/file/1649/
IMPORTANT: The organiser does not accept confirmations submitted directly by candidates.
The confirmation shall attest that the candidate:
- holds a qualification listed in Annex I to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/907,
- is eligible to participate in the CTT,
- is in good professional standing,
- has not been suspended or deprived of the right to practice the profession.
Step 3 – Payment of the Participation Fee
After eligibility has been confirmed, the candidate must complete the payment of the participation fee within the specified deadline.
Participation fee: 125 EUR
Payment deadline: 4 March, 2026
The payment must be credited to the organiser’s bank account no later than this date (the date of receipt in the organiser’s account is decisive).

⚠ Important: Any international bank transfer fees and currency exchange costs must be fully covered by the sender. The full amount of 125 EUR must be received in the organiser’s bank account.
Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in exclusion from the list of admitted candidates.
